During the event "Be Inspired Festival & Darshan with Paramahamsa Vishwananda", organised by Bhakti Marga, photographs and video recordings may be taken and published. Bhakti Event GmbH (Am Geisberg 1–8, 65321 Heidenrod-Springen, Germany) is responsible for media production and processing. The recordings will be made available on the joint Bhakti+ App platform, operated jointly by Bhakti Event GmbH and Bhakti Marga America (the Church) in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. Both entities have agreed on their respective data protection responsibilities, and the essential information about this agreement is available in the Privacy Policy. Technical backups or mirrored copies of the content may be stored on servers outside the European Union.

Some of these platforms (e.g. YouTube, operated by Google LLC, USA) are located outside the European Union.
